All prices are specified in SEK inclusive of VAT. The prices and terms that apply are those that are stated in the web store at the time of purchase. PilLove.se reserves the right to notify you of any mistakes in product description or apparent errors in pricing prior to product dispatch. While we make every effort to ensure that the items appearing on the webshop are available, we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock or immediately available when you submit your order.
PilLove delivers to Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you make a purchase on the Internet the contract of sale is not binding until Pillove.se has confirmed your order.
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail within one hour after placing your order, please contact Pillove.se, at: charlotte@pillove.se.
PAYMENT METHODS
Card payment
When shopping at Pillove.se the customer can select to pay for his/her purchases directly with a debit card or a credit card, in a simple and secure way. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Advance Payment
For advance Payment deposit the order amount into PilLove bank giro account no 455-8763, clearly stating order number and name of sender. Your products will be delivered when the amount due has been registered on our account. Note that ordered products will be reserved only for 5 days, awaiting that your payment has been registered.
SECURITY
Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
Your payment is secured by DebiTech Payment Gateway. The cardnumber is sent directly to the bank through an encrypted connection. Pillove.se will not access any information regarding your card or cardnumber. DebiTech Payment Gateway uses the industrystandard called Secure Sockets Layer SSL and is regarded as the best software one can use for online transactions.
Privacy
Pillove.se will under no circumstances disclose any personal information without the consent of the person. The same also applies to e-mail addresses.
SHIPPING
General
PilLove have decided to work with Schenker as we would like our deliveries to be fast and reliable. We know that you as a customer want your package as fast as possible, and we as a company want to insure that the package reaches you in the same condition as it was when it left our hands. It is important that the package does not get lost, therefore we value the tracking service that Schenker offers and the fact that each package is insured in case of loss or damage.
Packaging
We try to think of the environment, which is why we have chosen to use whatever packaging we have available. In other words, we try to re-use as much as possible. So while your parcel may not always be pretty to look at, we can assure you that its content is! We wrap all pillow cases in silk paper and they are packed with great care.
Delivery within Sweden
Regardless of how little or how much you shop you will be charged a shipping fee of SEK 70. You do have the option to choose Posten to delivery your parcel at SEK 50 however PilLove.se is not responsible or liable for lost parcels.
You also have the option to pick up your products at PilLove, Tuves väg 8, Helsingborg on weekdays between 10 AM and 4 PM. Call or send an e-mail to arrange a time to pick up your products. charlotte@pillove.se or: +46 709 95 57 76. If you choose to pick up your products in person you must first select and order your items in the regular way, to give us time to collect and wrap your product before you arrive. No shipping fee is added when you collect your items in person.
Delivery time
Standard delivery time within Sweden is 1-7 working days from the date on which we received your payment. The delivery time is dependent on how many orders I have stacked up. I work alone but do my outmost to keep delivery time at the shortest possible.
Shipping to other Nordic countries
We ship to Denmark, Finland and Norway.
Denmark and Finland:
Schenker: SEK 200. Parcel is sent with tracking no and insurance.
Swedish Postal Service: SEK 80. PilLove is not responsible or liable for lost parcels.
Norway:
Schenker: SEK 450 (incl. customs SEK 180). Parcel is sent with tracking no and insurance.
Swedish Postal Service: SEK 80. PilLove is not responsible or liable for lost parcels.
REFUND POLICY
Pillove.se aim to describe items as accurately as possible. Despite attempts to replicate exact colors, slight variations may occur from screen to screen.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to return it to Pillove.se for a full refund. In the case of defective items, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Please note that PilLove will not refund the original shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), PillLove will pay for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure you comply with the following return conditions:
• Check your purchase immediately upon delivery, and if you wish to organise a return, contact pillove within 5 working days of the date you received the parcel.
• For a full refund, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed and not damaged.
• Items must be returned in their entirety and in no more than one parcel.
• Pillove.se must receive the goods within 30 working days of the date you received the parcel.
Pillove.se reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions have not been fulfilled. In the case of a dispute Pillove.se refers to ARN - The National Board for Consumer Complaints.
If you have met all the requirements listed above, Pillove.se will refund the entire price of all non-defective items, excluding the return shipping fee. Shipping costs for the original delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. In the case of defective items, Pillove.se will pay for the return shipping cost.
